Arts integration Benefits 

Arts integration is the purposeful concept of connecting the skills that students use form learning through the arts and relating these skills to core subjects some key points of arts integration is the use of development of skills while not in typical learning environments such as lecture style classroom teaching this involves getting students to go on field trips in nature and learning through experiences such as art drama and music the integration has a great effect on teacher success and student success .  Arts integration benefits students across the nation because it teaches students to integrate their creativity into their general schooling and academic core subjects 
On the Wallace Foundation website an organization that supports arts integration research in  the last twenty years researchers have found that arts integration in subjects such as Math and English leads to greater student success in a report examining the relevance of Arts integration to the every student succeeds Acts it found that local schools and agencies  who integrated had a greater degree of success relating to students performance on state-mandated exams in the Mulker Greenfader study which studied the effect of integrating drama into students English speaking skills and understanding of the English language It found that there was a high degree of success in grades k-2 in this study over 5240 students had a higher degree of success in an integrated classroom rather than the traditional K-2 classroom in the Brown Benedett & Armistead study in 2010 which studied preschoolers ability to perform reading /ELA skills through Music and Creative movement and visual art it found that there was a greater degree on students ability to read and produce quality writing assignment form  the use of relating music to their studies.
